Qualification & Terms

1. Qualification: You agree to purchase an Eltraderm Skincare kit to qualify for your membership (check your email for the 10% discount code to apply at checkout or you may make your purchase in person when you come in for your first treatment) 
2. Substitutions: You may substitute a treatment with another of equal or lesser value. Please consult with us to customize your membership options.
3. Payment Terms: For monthly payment option the first and last month's membership fees are due at the start of the membership term.
4. Monthly Fees: Monthly membership fees will be automatically charged to your card on file on the 1st of each month.
5. Automatic Renewal: Memberships automatically renew for an additional 12-month term unless canceled at least 31 days before the end of the current term.
6. Membership Upgrades: You may upgrade your membership tier at any time. A new 12-month term will commence, your last month's credit from your previous membership will be applied to the new term’s first and last month fees.
7. Gift Policy: You may transfer your monthly treatment to a friend or family member.
8. Treatment Carryover: Unused treatments will carry over as long as your membership remains active.
9. Treatment Expiration: Unused treatments  at the end of term will expire if you do not renew your membership at the end of the term. No credits, refunds, or exceptions will be provided.
10. No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy: No-shows, late arrivals (more than 10 minutes), or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee as per our policies or result in forfeiture of the treatment.
11. Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your membership before the end of the 12-month term, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the remaining term cost and forfeit the last month’s fee.
