Appointments

All treatments are by appointment only. To schedule, please book online, via email, or direct message. Your appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment) or full prepayment. Payment can be made via e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, or debit.

You will receive a confirmation text or email at the time of booking, along with a reminder 2 days before your appointment.

Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm every appointment: $50 for appointments under 1 hour, $100 for 1-2 hours, and $150 for 2-3 hours. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost and can be paid by e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit.

Cancellations/Rescheduling/Lateness

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the retention of your deposit as a cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to re-book your appointment.

Timely arrival is essential as appointments are scheduled to ensure optimal service for all clients. A delay exceeding 15 minutes will result in a no-show and necessitate rescheduling.

If your appointment is pre-paid you will be invoiced the Late Fees in accordance with the following schedule: $50 for appointments under 1 hour, $100 for 1-2 hours, and $150 for 2-3 hours.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these policies.

Refunds

All physical products are Final Sale. Should there be order errors on our part or a defective product, please contact us for assistance.

All service fees and payments are non-refundable. However, the paid value can be transferred to another service. If you become medically or physically ineligible to receive treatment, value can be passed to a friend or family.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Contraindications & Limitations

Certain medical conditions may affect your suitability for specific treatments. Please schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your medical history and determine an appropriate treatment plan if you have any of the following:

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Diabetic (consult your doctor)
  • Taking blood-thinning medication (consult your doctor)
  • Undergoing chemotherapy
  • Experiencing illness, viral infections, or disease (consult your doctor if you have a history of cold sores)
  • Epilepsy
  • Pacemaker or major heart conditions
  • Recent Botox, fillers, or other treatments within the past 2 weeks
  • Used Accutane in the past year
  • Under the age of 18 (treatments may be limited and parental consent is required)
